This ultra-modern Villa 57215 is majestically perched in the hills behind Peyia and boasts uninterrupted views of the sweeping coastline that stretches from the rugged beauty of the Sea Caves area towards the town of Paphos. This beautiful seven bedroom villa offers magnificent views as the large panels of glass allow the natural light to flood in.
Upon entering this villa, you will find the large open plan living/dining and kitchen area. Furnished to a high standard this room also features a large wall panel made entirely out of glass offering you the opportunity to enjoy the amazing views of the sea as well as the natural light giving the room an airy and light atmosphere.
For entertainment, you will find a 52" flat screen TV with an Android box as well as USB connection featuring Mediterranean Satellite with English News and programs as well as Russian channels. Wireless internet connection is available and a DVD player and a CD player.
The fully equipped kitchen features two fridge/freezers, oven, four ring electric hob, extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher. Adjacent to the large open plan area you will find a separate utility room with two washing machines, hob (gas), extractor hood, oven and toaster.
On the ground floor, you will also find the first three bedrooms of this villa.
The master bedroom features a double bed and offers fantastic views of the sea. This bedroom has the luxury of an en-suite bathroom as well as direct access to the outdoor area. The bathroom is artfully designed with black tiles, and a sliding glass wall separates the bathtub which is surrounded by a pebbled area. The master bedroom also features a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has the feature of a rollaway wall making it possible to combine the room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa bed suitable for two children to create a large family suite.
The further two bedrooms on the ground floor are two twin bedrooms. These bedrooms share access to a family bathroom with impressive minimal architecture smoothly combining black and white features. One of the twin bedrooms has the luxury of direct access to the outdoor area.
On the ground floor, you will also find a separate WC featuring a modern entrance hall with large sink edged by low colourful light.
An elegant staircase covered with glazed atrium with electronically operated blinds leads to the first floor where you will find the remaining four bedrooms of this villa. A double bedroom offers beautiful sea views and the luxury of an adjacent bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms of the villa are three twin bedrooms sharing access to the family bathroom.
A full-width balcony is shared between 3 of these bedrooms with views of the sea.
The balcony together with all bedrooms overlooking the sea has the luxury of electronically operated window blinds.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout (see rental rates) and a baby cot and high chair are available at the villa upon request. Pool towels are also provided.
On the first floor, you will find the large roof terrace of this villa. The roof terrace is a wooden deck area offering a bar equipped with a fridge and sink. Here you can enjoy the fantastic views and have a relaxing day in the sun on one of the many sunbeds available.
A spiral staircase on the outside of the villa leads the way from the roof terrace down to the swimming pool.
The large 15m x 6m (at widest points) infinity pool offers beautiful sea views and in-pool seating inspired by the creative architectural style of some of the most luxurious and well-known Asian resorts. The landscaped garden around the pool area offers impressive surroundings for a relaxing day in the pool.
Furthermore, you will find a large outdoor dining area offering plenty of seating and a built-in barbecue with sink.
All outdoor areas offer great opportunities for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent sunset views or stargazing on clear summer nights.
Peyia is a large and welcoming village clinging to the rugged hills that act as a backdrop to this photogenic stretch of Paphos coastline. The centre of Peyia village offers traditional tavernas, restaurants with international theme nights, wine bars, coffee shops, well-stocked supermarkets, fruit market and a bakery.
The popular resort of Coral Bay is located within a 5-minute drive from Peyia. This family-oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer with plenty of restaurants, bars and amenities. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the famous Coral Bay Beach located within less than a five-minute drive. This sandy horseshoe shaped bay is honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire, water sports are on offer, and there are two beach cafes providing refreshments.
Paphos Town, approximately 12 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island and is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historical value. The well-preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the most significant cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made.
Exploring Coral Bay, Paphos and everywhere in between, increases the list of available activities and attractions to include mini golf, watersports, go-karting, horse riding, a snooker hall, bowling alley, heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, a waterpark and the Paphos Zoo.
Vasilikon Winery situated in Kathikas is located within a 15-minute drive, offering local wine tasting and light bites.
Avakas Gorge located within a 20-minute drive is packed with rich flora and fauna. The river Avgas or Avakas gave its name to the striking gorge, which is an area ideal for hiking and walking. At some points, the gorge narrows considerably, to around 3 metres across, appreciably diminishing the light and darkening the landscape. Signs display information for visitors regarding the names of plants, trees and bushes.
Lara Bay is located on the Akamas Peninsula within a 30-minute drive from Peyia. The soft sandy beach is a protected area for the green turtles that use the beach as a birthing ground. The bay does, however, require a four-wheel drive to get to as it is an off-road journey.
There are four golf courses; Minthis Hills Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 45-minute drive.
