Beautiful Private Wedding Villa set in Banana Plantations
This spacious four bedroom Villa 176109 is situated amidst banana groves in the exclusive Sea Caves area yet only a two-minute drive to the popular area of Coral Bay.
Upon entering the villa you will find the living area featuring comfortable sofas, working fireplace, flat screen TV with an android box, DVD player with a collection of films, a book collection, wireless internet connection and a CD player. There are patio doors from the living area leading to a furnished terrace area.
Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area offers a formal dining table with eight chairs.
The first of the villa’s bedrooms are located on this floor; a double bedroom with en-suite shower. Patio doors lead out from the bedroom to the terrace area at the rear of the villa.
A guest WC is located on this floor.
The remaining three bedrooms for the villa are located on the first floor; master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private balcony with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding area.
A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request.
The villa is equipped throughout with air conditioning units for cooling and heating (see rental rates). Two safety deposit boxes, hairdryers in each bedroom, iron and ironing board are available.
Outside, the 9m x 5m private swimming pool is surrounded by a paved terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. The furnished patio area and wooden pergola allow for you to truly enjoy the Cypriot experience of al fresco dining. A brick built barbecue is available.
For the more energetic guests, a pool table and table tennis table are available.
A wedding ceremony and/or reception can be held at the villa for up to 30 guests.

About The Sea Caves Area
The area of Sea Caves is situated in a peaceful location between the popular resort of Coral Bay and the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The Sea Caves coastline is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory. The Sea Caves offers the ideal place to enjoy walks along the cliffs and unwind from it all.
Coral Bay is less than a 10-minute drive from sea caves. This family-oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, a bank, chemist and a laundrette. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire as well as a facility for water sports.
For a taste of the more traditional, the Church at St George overlooks the modest fishing harbour from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and enjoy a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of the small selection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers, the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village.
The Paphos Zoo and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages are both within the Sea Caves area. Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the resort of Coral Bay and if you extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos, approximately 25 minutes away, the list of available activities expands to include a boat trips, bowling, a water park, several historical sites, an attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.
There are four golf courses; Minthis Hills Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 45-minute drive.
